Estás creciendo

Comenzando esta semana unos alumnos van a recibir una prueba de AR con el libro de Súper Lector.  El viernes ellos van a introducir la prueba a la computadora. No todos los libros tienen una prueba de AR. Para lectura y escritura la tema de la semana es Estás creciendo. El énfasis en ortografía es palabras con /L/ o /S/. Para matemáticas seguimos usado fichas de dominós para contar y sumar.  El jueves los niños van a trabajar en el jardín. En ciencia más tarde en la semana comenzamos a estudiar el cielo y el tiempo.  El viernes el arte de los niños va estar exhibido en la oficina de la escuela. Starting this week some of the students will take home AR test with their Súper Lector book. On Friday the students will input the test into the computer. Not all book titles have an AR test. The theme for Spanish language arts this week is, You Are Growing. This week the spelling list consists of words with /L/ or /S/ followed by a vowel. For math we will continue using dominos to practice counting and addition. Thursday the children will work in the garden. For science, towards the end of the week the students will begin to study the sky and the weather. Friday the student's artwork will go on display in the school office.
