¡Listo para cantar!/ Ready to Sing!

El lunes tengo que estar en la oficina del distrito, voy a tener un suplente. Mi suplente conoce muchos de los niños y habla Español. El martes vamos ensayar nuestras canciones. La noche del concierto me gustaría tener los niños en el salón a no más tardar las 5:45 P.M. Me gustaría que los niños se visten con una camisa y pantalón largo, las niñas de vestido. Toda las clases de primer grado estarán juntos en el escenario. Primero nuestra clase va a cantar una canción en español y después la clase de la maestra Ruiz va cantar en español. Al final vamos a cantar juntos. Recuerden que despedimos los niños a las 1:50 P.M. el miércoles. El viernes  despedimos  los niños a las 11:50 A.M. Las palabras de ortografía son con la letra /Y/. En matemáticas vamos estudiar sumar tres números hasta 10. El viernes comenzando a las 10:45 hasta las 11:50 vamos tener nuestra celebración de días festivos. On Monday I have to be in the District Office, I will have a substitute. My substitute knows many of the children and speaks Spanish. On Tuesday we will practice our songs for the winter performance, the night of the concert I'd like to have the children in the room no later than 5:45 P.M. I would like the boys to wear a dress shirt and long pants and girls to wear a dress. The entire first grade class will be together on stage. First, our class is going to sing in Spanish and then Mrs. Ruiz’s class is going to sing in Spanish. At the end we will sing together. Remember that we dismiss the children at 1:50 on Wednesday. On Friday we will dismiss the children at 11:50 A.M.  The spelling list consist of words that contain the letter /Y /. In math we will study adding three numbers up to 10. Review week/Semana de repasar

Esta semana de lunes a jueves todos los maestros de la escuela van a tener suplentes para atender capacitación.  Los alumnos van  a tomar la oportunidad de repasar.  Los maestros van estar en la escuela y vamos a pasar por las aulas de vez en cuando. Recuerden que despedimos los niños a las 1:50 el miércoles. Las palabras de ortografía son de repaso vela, trigo, sala, tuba, tapete, llave, frijoles, reguero. Las primeras cuarto palabras corresponde a las lista modificada para unos alumnos.  En matemáticas vamos a  continuar estudiar sumar y restar hasta veinte.  También el concepto de mayor y menor.  En ciencia seguimos investigando luz y reflexiones. Vamos a continuar practicando nuestras canciones para el programa del 15 de diciembre.  El viernes en la tarde tenemos arte y el jueves a las nueve visitamos la feria de artesanías.  El martes a las 1:30 hay una asamblea de villancicos navideños. This week Monday through Thursday all teachers in the school will have substitutes. The students will take the opportunity to review while the teachers attend training. The teachers will be on campus and checking in on the classroom. Remember on Wednesday school is out at 1:50.  The spelling words are review vela, trigo, sala, tuba, tapete, llave, frijoles, reguero. The first four words correspond to the modified list for some students. In math we will continue studying addition and subtraction up to twenty. Also we will study the concept of greater and lesser than. In science we continue investigating light and reflections. We will continue to practice our songs for the program on December 15. On Friday afternoon we have art and on Thursday at 9:00 we will visit the crafts fair. Tuesday at 1:30 there is an assembly of Christmas carols. Parents can attend the assembly. Primer semana de diciembre/ First week of December

Deseo que todos tuvieron un agradable semana de vacaciones.  Esta semana regresamos a  un horario semanal completo. Recuerden que despedimos los niños a las 1:50 el miércoles. Para lectura y escritura nuestra tema es Buenos momentos. Las palabras de ortografía se enfocan en palabras con /pl/ o /pr/.  En matemáticas vamos a estudiar sumar y restar hasta veinte.  También sumar tres números hasta 20.  En ciencia seguimos investigando luz y reflexiones. Semana de conferencias/ Conference week

Esta semana seguimos con conferencias durante días de conferencia se vamos a despedir los niños a las 1:30. Otra vez tengo muchos artículos de ropa colgados en la careta de las mochilas.  Por favor revise si le falta un articulo a su niño.   Para artes de lenguaje el tema es ¿Dónde viven las familias? Las palabras de ortografía son con /ll/ o /x/. En matemáticas vamos a estudiar dobles y uno más o menos de un doble.  La pasada semana comenzamos a tener clase de música en inglés con la maestra Luna. We continue parent teacher conferences this week; on conference days school dismissal will be at 1:30. Once again there is a number of clothing items on the backpack rack. Please check to see if your child is missing a clothing item.  The theme for language arts is where do families live? For math we will study doubles and doubles plus or minus one. Last week we started to have music with Ms. Luna. We will have music instruction in English with Ms. Luna every Thursday.
