Día de los Muertos

Esta semana el tema de lectura y escritura es Nuestra Ciudad. La lista de ortografía se enfoca en sílabas con la letra N. En matemáticas vamos a enfocar en estrategias de sumar, particularmente en dobles. Para ciencia vamos observar la luna durante el día. No es necesario observar la luna de noche. El jueves los niños van a trabajar en el jardín. Viernes a las 1:30 vamos tener centros de arte con la tema de Día de los Muertos. Me gustaría tener 4-5 voluntarios el viernes de 1:30 a 2:45. For science we are going to observe the moon during the day. It will not be necessary for the children to observe the moon at night. Thursday the children will work in the garden. Friday at 1:30 we are going to have art centers around the theme of Day of the Dead.  I would like to have 4-5 volunteers Friday from 1:30 to 2:45. Esta semana el tema de lectura y escritura es movimiento. La lista de ortografía se enfoca en sílabas con la letra S. En matemáticas vamos estudiar subitizar. Subitizar es reconocer el número de cosas en un grupo sin realizar ningún actividad de conteo. Vamos a seguir teniendo tarea en ciencia haciendo observaciones de la luna. Los niños van a trabajar en el jardín el jueves. Además, el jueves voy a tener un suplente por un corto tiempo para asistir a una reunión. Gracias por la ayuda durante el Fun Run.
